Eligibility Criteria

Only institutional students below 25 years of age are eligible to participate. Participation from clubs, schools, or other non-institutional organizations will not be allowed.

Participant Verification

After payment, a list of registered participants will be generated and must be duly signed by the Head of the respective institution. All participants are required to carry a valid institutional ID card for verification during the reporting process.

Accommodation

Accommodation will be provided on a paid basis, as per SMIT norms, and will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests for accommodation must be submitted on or before 28/09/2026. No accommodation requests will be entertained after the specified deadline.

Food

Food is not included in the registration fee. Participants are required to make their own food arrangements. Multiple food vendors are available on the SMIT campus for participants' convenience.
